TR-1171 is polyester-based TPU, in form of transparent or slightly yellowish granule with high tensile strength, excellent resilience, outstanding abrasion resistance, and flexibility under low temperature

Coating or coagulation for synthetic leather

PROPERTY

Note: 1. H-18 wheel, 1000g weight for 1000 cycles.

2. MI testing condition: 190℃/12.5kg

      3. 10℃/min of Tg testing rising rate.

PROCESSING-TEMPERATORE

For optimum results, previous drying of the product during 2-3 hours at 80~90℃ is advisable, in a hot air circulatory, vacuum or desiccant-air dryer.

Regrind Usage

Add 30% TR-1171 in 70% DMF or the other solvents, stirring with high speed mixer until all TPU particles dissolve in the solvent. You can adjust the viscosity by adding some solvent in the solution according to your requirements.
